Job summary

Google LLC is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineering, to bridge pre-sales evaluation and post-sales execution for AI accounts. You will architect how technical assets integrate into the customer's IT ecosystem, including connectors, identity, data residency, and legal considerations.

Collaborate with Account teams, diagnose complex issues, and translate field feedback into actionable feature requests while ensuring adoption and rapid activation.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, ECMs, identity), Cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
• Ability to speak and write in Arabic and English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams during technical evaluation phases to assess feasibility and shape adoption.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds.
• Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to address deployment blockers and translate field feedback into feature requests.
• Guide implementation strategy while owning technical delivery with customer-facing teams.
