Administrative Assistant

We are hiring a detail‑oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha. This position is open to Pakistani and Egyptian nationals with excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when necessary
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, and other documents using MS Office tools
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for all administrative paperwork
  • Provide general support to visitors
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month
