Administrative Manager

We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical workers, and administrative assistants
  • Create and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management for the office
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain accurate records and files for the company
  • Oversee inventory management for office supplies and equipment
  • Plan and organize company events or meetings as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative management role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
