Administrative Manager - Dukhan, Qatar

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical workers
  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed
  • Assist with the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain office budget, including tracking expenses and processing invoices
  • Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure smooth communication and coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Handle any issues or concerns that may arise within the office environment
Qualifications
