Administrative Manager

Our company is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing administrative tasks and personnel, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing paperwork, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Manage budgeting, expense tracking, and purchasing for the office
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate communication and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative management role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
