Administrative manager vacancy in Al-Wakra Qatar

Administrative Manager – Urgent, Full-Time, English-Speaking, Visa Sponsorship (Al-Wakra, Qatar)
We are in urgent need of an experienced Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills and have experience working in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the administrative department by developing and implementing effective processes and procedures. This includes planning and coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies, as well as developing strategies to improve administrative functions.

Other duties include organizing meetings, responding to customer inquiries, preparing reports, managing schedules, preparing presentations, and handling mail. The successful applicant must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess strong organizational skills.

We are offering a competitive salary along with full visa sponsorship for the right candidate. Nationality is not a requirement; however preference will be given to applicants from India who are able to start immediately.
