Overview: The Administrative Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the company's administrative department. They will be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing administrative staff, and ensuring the efficient functioning of all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of office management procedures. This role requires a highly organized individual who can prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, scheduling, filing, correspondence, and office supply management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient functioning of the administrative department.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative staff.
  • Monitor budget and expenses for the department.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and resources.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners on behalf of the company.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts within the department or between departments.
