Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Maintain and update internal records, logs, and departmental reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements.
Marine Department Support
- Assist with vessel documentation, port clearance paperwork, and marine operational coordination.
- Liaise with external agencies as needed for marine-related documentation and approvals.
- Track vessel-related deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Carbon Credit Support
- Help maintain project files, registration documents, and carbon credit data logs.
- Coordinate with analysts and consultants to ensure timely submission of information.
- Assist in follow-ups, reporting, and basic research related to carbon credit activities.
Support For New Business Lines
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as new activities are launched.
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and presentations as requested.Assist in vendor coordination, documentation, and task tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Arabic-speaking candidate (mandatory); English proficiency preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Good organisational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle cross-departmental requirements.
- Familiarity with marine or environmental sectors is an advantage but not required.
