Administrative Coordinator Vacancy in Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
  2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  3. Maintain office supplies and equipment to support daily operations
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project completion
  6. Keep accurate records of expenses and invoices
  7. Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
  8. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
