We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Indian national with fluency in English, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

Requirements
