Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Dukhan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a diverse team. You will help ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support to staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and team members
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
  • Organize company events and manage logistics such as venue reservations, catering services, transportation arrangements, etc.
  • Assist with budget tracking by keeping records of expenses and processing invoices for payment
  • Maintain confidential files and records to ensure information is kept secure
  • Conduct research on various topics as directed by management
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties as needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in all work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Dukhan, Qatar. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate occasional events outside of regular working hours. This position may require occasional travel within Qatar.

Preferred Qualifications
