Administrative Assistant - Indian English Speaking (Umm-Said, Qatar)

Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. This role will primarily support our Indian employees and requires fluency in both English and Indian languages. As the face of our company, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Indian employees such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and processing expense reports
  • Act as a liaison between the Indian employees and other departments within the company
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations
  • Coordinate and organize company events and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and files for easy accessibility
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Assist with any other duties assigned by the management team
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Fluent in both English and Indian languages (Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Working Conditions
