Job summary

A leading hotel group in Qatar is seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to manage daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. Responsibilities include overseeing AR, AP, general ledger, supervising income audits, and leading a small accounting team. • Oversee daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Review daily revenue reports and ensure accuracy across all hotel outlets.
• Supervise Income Audit activities and ensure strong internal controls.
• Manage supplier payments, reconciliations, and credit collections.
• Support payroll review and monthly financial reporting.
• Lead, train, and support a small accounting team.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
• At least 2 years hotel accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality systems (Opera, Micros, SunSystems, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.
