Accountant vacancy in Doha Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha. The successful applicant should have a degree in Accounting or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in an accounting role. They must be proficient with day to day accounting operations and understand the principles of double-entry bookkeeping. We are prepared to consider an immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's financial accounts, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, budgeting and forecasting, as well as providing support on various tasks related to accounting and finance. They should be able to identify discrepancies, investigate them and recommend solutions to resolve the issues. Additionally they should have excellent problem solving skills and be comfortable working with complex financial models.

The ideal candidate must also possess strong communication skills both written and verbal as this role requires frequent interaction with other departments within the organization. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role as well as advanced MS Excel skills.

This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of 1200 QAR/month depending on experience.
