Job summary

Accountant job in Doha Qatar

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Doha. This position is open to all foreign candidates. The salary for this position is 1100 QAR plus benefits.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide financial and accounting services and advice, including but not limited to the following duties:

• -Perform financial analysis and reporting processes, including creating monthly financial reports.
• -Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and company budgets.
• -Ensure the accuracy of all financial documents, such as invoices and contracts.
• -Monitor the cash flow of the company and provide advice on spending decisions.
• -Analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies in order to recommend solutions or corrective actions.
• -Provide support for annual audits and other tax compliance processes.
• -Advise senior management on key business decisions related to financing, investments, or budgeting.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with at least one year of experience in finance/accounting roles in Qatar or abroad. You should have advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP, as well as strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A CPA is highly preferred but not mandatory.
