Job summary

India Abroad in Doha, Qatar seeks an entry-level Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. This full-time role requires accuracy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Accountant in Doha, Qatar. As an accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis
• Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation as needed
• Provide support for auditing processes
• Communicate with clients or vendors regarding financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Must be able to legally work in Qatar
