Avanta Works in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The role covers preparing and maintaining financial records, including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger and payroll, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and strategic financial analysis.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS essential
• QuickBooks experience desirable but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain financial records including bank reconciliations, AR/AP, GL and payroll
