Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to ensure the accuracy of financial records, providing financial management advice and support, and helping to drive the business forward. The salary for this position is 1400/month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing and budgeting
  • Prepare financial statements and reports regularly
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends/risks
  • Develop processes to improve efficiency of accounting operations
  • Oversee audits and ensure compliance with laws & regulations
  • Monitor cash flow forecasts & budget performance indicators
  • Handle tax preparation & filing requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role working with international standards (IFRS)
  • Certified Accountant (CA) or similar qualification preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel) & ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
