Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic partners within our food business. This role requires strong stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth, execute marketing initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure smooth onboarding for new partners.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the food delivery vertical.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring consistent alignment with their business goals and our platform’s capabilities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple locations to drive the growth and success of your accounts.
- Lead the implementation of new projects and initiatives within your portfolio.
- Handle partner escalations effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new partners joining the platform.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans in collaboration with partners.
- Monitor account performance using dashboards and data reports, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Support with day-to-day troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG Sector.
- A track record in commercial, client-facing, or account management roles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
- Proven experience in B2B negotiations and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
