Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Abaya Master Tailor to lead the design and production of high-quality abayas for our clients boutique in Qatar. The candidate should have exceptional skill in pattern making, cutting, stitching and supervision of junior tailors with a deep understanding of both traditional and modern abaya styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage patterns, cuts, and stitching plans for all types of abayas.
• Supervise a team of tailors and ensure all garments are produced according to quality standards.
• Conduct fabric selection and advise on embellishments, embroidery, lace and finishing details.
• Take measurements and oversee fitting sessions for clients.
• Manage workflow in the tailoring section to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain consistency in design, fit and finish across all garments.
• Train and guide assistant tailors and embroidery staff.
• Work closely with designers and management to implement new abaya collections and custom designs.

Requirements
