A Degree or Master's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, along with project management experience and proficiency in Portuguese and English, is required. Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager for the Coordination division, based at our Alfragide office.
With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.
- Manage end project development contracts within the Industry Business Unit
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for the implementation and management of engineering projects
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors
- Degree and/or Master's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- Professional experience and training in project management
- Experience working with clients in the industrial sector, particularly in factories, green fuels, mining, or energy transition projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proactive and creative mindset
- Strong analytical and solving abilities
