Client Delivery Manager (SAP)
Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Portugal is seeking a Client Delivery Manager for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technology, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in customer-facing roles and a passion for driving customer success. This opportunity includes a permanent contract and benefits such as health insurance and training access.

- 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum one year experience in project management.
- 3+ years experience in SAP Basis and/or infrastructure operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure successful project delivery.

- Translate technical details for non-technical audiences.

What are we looking for? Client Delivery Manager (SAP Enterprise Cloud Services)
Requirements :
- SAP Technology/ Basis, Application implementation and/or operation experience
- SAP consultant /SAP Project Manager experience with strong stakeholder management capability
- Technical infrastructure
- how and technical understanding of virtualized system landscapes is critical for this role - Excellent customer/ escalation management skills
- C-Level Customer Communication & Presentation (ability to translate between technical and non technical audience).
- Proven ability to work with customers on projects involving senior management level to influence and drive towards customer success.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role
- Minimum one year experience in project management
- 3+ years experience in SAP Basis and/or infrastructure operation/development/Application Managed Services Service Delivery
