KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S. A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines. Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Lead client/business engagement to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and joint development meetings.
- Collaborate with Technical Experts to finalize Product Detailed Specifications (PDS).
- Chair meetings with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements.
- Recommend process changes aligned with core banking systems.
- Own project documentation and contribute to workload estimation.
- Support test strategy, functional testing, and UAT validation.
- Participate in deployment checks and project realization.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout all project phases.
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in distributed delivery environments.
- Experience in private banking is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with COBOL, SQL, APIs, and digital banking platforms.
- Strong understanding of back and middle office operations.
- Proven expertise in financial messaging and payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, SIC, MEPS, etc.); ISO 20022 migration; PSD2 payment APIs; fraud detection systems; payment card management.
- Good knowledge of Jira / Confluence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills (level 4).
- Fluent in English and French.
