Responsibilities

• Lead client/business engagement to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and joint development meetings.
• Collaborate with Technical Experts to finalize Product Detailed Specifications (PDS).
• Chair meetings with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements.
• Recommend process changes aligned with core banking systems.
• Own project documentation and contribute to workload estimation.
• Support test strategy, functional testing, and UAT validation.
• Participate in deployment checks and project realization.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout all project phases.

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in distributed delivery environments.
• Experience in private banking is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with COBOL, SQL, APIs, and digital banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of back and middle office operations.
• Proven expertise in financial messaging and payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, SIC, MEPS, etc.); ISO 20022 migration; PSD2 payment APIs; fraud detection systems; payment card management.
• Good knowledge of Jira / Confluence.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills (level 4).
• Fluent in English and French.
