The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Solutions Project Associate to join our Strategic Consulting group. Our team are dedicated to developing and delivering custom training materials to support our clients work effectively across the pharma space, with a particular focus in medical affairs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients and colleagues, using your curiosity, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to drive engagement and success.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
Role responsibilities

Project Management & Operations:

  • Support the team to deliver adoption-related projects on time and to a high standard, including training guides, videos, and other learning materials.
  • Assist with project planning, timelines, SOWs, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and help improve team processes to ensure smooth operations.

Deliverables:

  • Create high-quality, engaging training and adoption materials such as user guides, videos, FAQs, and checklists to help clients optimize their use of custom software solutions.
  • Apply learning principles to ensure materials are clear, practical, and impactful for end users.
  • Continuously refine content based on feedback to maintain best-in-class standards.

Subject Matter Expertise & Innovation:

  • Develop expertise in iEnvision Solutions and adoption best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and training effectiveness.
  • Use critical thinking to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients, leveraging effective communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Collaborate to resolve issues, ensure alignment, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Represent Envision at client meetings, conferences, and other locations as needed.
Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
  • Educated to bachelor's degree level, with some relevant professional experience.
  • Prior client-facing experience with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly, with experience in training others preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Advanced critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management skills balanced with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Motivated to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative.

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities.
