Your profile
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, alternatively a completed vocational training in the IT environment with relevant professional experience.
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure and initial knowledge in IT services and/or DevOps environments.
- Experience in developing and analyzing monitoring & logging systems (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, DataDog, Kibana, etc.).
- First project management experience, ideally in agile software development.
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working.
- Efficient, results‑oriented work style combined with a strong service and customer orientation.
- Initial cloud experience (AWS and Azure) is a plus.
- Very good English and Portuguese language skills (C1); German is a plus but not required.

Your Career
Your responsibilities
- Taking over the reliable operation of one of our customer systems, including the improvement and automation of related environments.
- Acting as an interface between the DevOps team, our customers, and 1st & 2nd level support providers.
- Maintaining, continuously improving, and monitoring the IT system architectures and cloud platforms of our customer, using tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.
- Participating in the 24/7 on‑call duty rotation.
- Creating runbooks for standardized troubleshooting.
- Building a holistic application management approach, including customer‑oriented IT support, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis.
- Managing and monitoring application requirements, conditions, and processes.
