Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations for international offices.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, vendor contracts, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement office policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to compliance and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and official documentation.
