We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations in an international corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations for international offices.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, vendor contracts, and supplies.
- Develop and implement office policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to compliance and safety regulations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and official documentation.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and procurement of office essentials.
- Handle employee onboarding, asset management, and workspace allocation.
- Maintain records, reports, and correspondence with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to country-specific corporate governance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administration or facility management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Experience in handling international work environments and multi-cultural teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
