Position summary:
You are responsible for efficiently managing and executing the recruitment process for a large number of positions within the organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates quickly and effectively to meet the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
You will predominantly suport recruitment in manufacturing plants in the following locations: Poland, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
