Key Responsibilities:

• Understand current cyber threats and technical attack methods.
• Oversee and enhance the Bank’s cyber risk assessment capabilities.
• Participate in threat action groups focused on cyber resilience.
• Lead security resilience workshops with Factory team members and document risk reports and IT assessment worksheets related to cyber resilience.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure cyber resilience exposure.
• Influence and collaborate effectively, providing constructive feedback and challenge.
• Define impact and risk tolerances, monitor threshold levels, and develop contingency plans for critical business services, including third parties.
• Evaluate enterprise applications, servers, storage, networking, databases, cloud infrastructure, and identify areas of threat.
• Contribute to IT risk assessment workshops and assess existing controls.
• Recommend disaster recovery solutions covering applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship during workshops.
• Interpret existing architecture and components to validate, challenge, and assist teams in defining detailed scenarios and recovery strategies.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including applications, servers, networking, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in cyber security, IT risk management, and business resilience.
• Ability to assess current security posture, threats, and risks, and propose strategic disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure.
