🌍 About the Role
We are supporting a major manufacturing organisation undergoing a large-scale digital transformation.
To strengthen their product quality, accessibility compliance, and end-user experience across several customer-facing and internal applications, we are seeking an experienced Manual QA Tester with hands‑on experience testing against WCAG accessibility standards.
This role will play a key part in ensuring the consistency, performance, and accessibility of key digital products used across multiple global sites.
- Execute manual testing across web‑based applications, portals, and internal platforms
- Test user journeys, functional flows, data validation, UI/UX behaviours, and error handling
- Conduct accessibility testing aligned with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
- Log, document, and track defects clearly and accurately
- Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, and sign‑off
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and design teams to resolve issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, templates, and test coverage
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing across iterative releases
- Proven experience in Manual QA Testing
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience testing web applications, user interfaces, and digital workflows
- Ability to write clear test cases, test scripts, and defect reports
- Familiarity with accessibility tools (e.g., AXE, WAVE, Lighthouse) a strong plus
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional Agile/DevOps teams
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Must be based in Poland and able to work remotely
