A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Global Intercompany to join their newly established Accounting Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves managing Intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving process automation. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in a multinational finance environment and proficiency with ERP systems. This position offers a hybrid work pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Intercompany/RTR experience in a multinational finance environment.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex Intercompany transactions such as cost-sharing arrangements.
  • Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • Prepare for and manage Intercompany-related audits.
