Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a Zone Rollout Manager for a major telecommunications vendor. Based in Poland, the role is a 12-month contract with extension possibilities.

You will lead site deployment activities, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure readiness, and secure hardware and materials for planned implementations. Strong RAN rollout experience and leadership are essential. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused position requiring solid planning and negotiation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing RAN rollout or swap projects.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of installation guides and site readiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed site deployment plans with customers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources and time plans with subcontractors.
• Agree site survey plans with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure site readiness with customer and material availability for planned implementation.
• Confirm required hardware and materials for the rollout.

We are looking to bring on board a Zone Rollout Manager to support one of the biggest Telecommunication vendors in the world. This role is going to be a 12 Month + Extendable contract, i am also looking for someone based in Poland.

Requirements
