Google is seeking a YouTube Solution Expert for gTech Ads to drive performance on YouTube and video campaigns. The role involves technical and strategic advisory across major brand initiatives, with strong client-facing interaction in English and Hebrew.

You will operate within a multilingual, fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating with Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions and support for global campaigns and events.

• Bachelor's degreeor equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client communication.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with YouTube and Video performance products, measurement frameworks (e.g., Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Observational Studies), and data auditing.
• Knowledge of automation tools, case management systems, or data visualization/scorecards to track operational equivalence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multilingual, and highly collaborative matrixed team environment.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving complex campaign delivery issues.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €84000 - €86000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Poland: zł232000 - zł237000 (PLN) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Specialize in high-scale performance products across Full Funnel advertising, particularly campaigns utilizing a mix of video and image assets to drive conversions and customer acquisition.
• Navigate highly complex account structures, such as the multi-vertical aggregator business models common in performance-heavy markets.
• Provide comprehensive support for major brand initiatives—spanning campaign planning, client guidance, implementation, and optimization.
• Create, pitch, and secure large-scale, high-impact media plans aligned with major global events (e.g., the world cup or seasonal product launches).
• Act as the dedicated technical and strategic advisor for Large Customer Sales clients to ensure long-term stability and campaign growth.
