Hybrid from Cracow (2 days/week from the office)

B2B or UoP via Experis

B2B rate: 60-75 PLN ntto+VAT/h

UoP: 7300-8500 PLN brutto

Responsibilities
  • Champion our culture, vision, and values by creating programs tailored to the Sydney office in partnership with local business leaders and people managers.
  • Manage food and beverage experience geared towards providing healthy, sustainable food to our employees along with the right amount of surprise and delight.
  • Coordinate and host engagement activities, social events, and large seasonal parties for employees.
  • Oversee operational budgets for multiple cost centers.
  • Assist with seating plans and space management.
  • Assist with space reconfigurations and enhancements.
  • Partner with the People, Facilities, Design, IT, HSS, and Finance functions to operate and maintain a best in class office environment.
