Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday PTA Support Consultant to deliver ongoing configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory support for global PTA customers. You will manage requests, stay within SLAs, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize the PTA solution.

The role blends technical and functional support, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing, while supporting customers across UK business hours with a rotating shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or supporting HRIT systems.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to present solutions.
• Excellent Excel skills with lookups, pivots, data quality techniques.
• Data transformation, loading, cleansing and reconciliation experience.
• Clear, empathetic English communication (written and spoken).
• Workday certification in Prism/Reporting/HCM/Payroll/Financials.
• PM/ITIL or consulting qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory support post-deployment.
• Deliver services within SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and prioritise requests, identify root causes, resolve issues.
• Support recurring releases and deployments, adopt new features.
• Participate in workshops and calls to refine requirements.
• Collaborate across internal delivery teams and external stakeholders.
• Create documentation and knowledge articles for self-service.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
