Join us in this role where you’ll maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components in our offshore wind turbines. You’ll work in a rotation schedule, ensuring safe and efficient operations at our Baltica 2 wind farm in Ustka, Poland. You’ll be part of the Operations & Maintenance team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure the safe operation of our offshore wind turbines. Our team is diverse, collaborative, and committed to continuous development and learning new skills.

You’ll play an important role in:
  • maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components in wind turbines
  • performing preparatory work, checking spare parts, tools, and equipment for assembly and maintenance, ensuring the reliable operation
  • planning and executing assembly and maintenance work with the technical team
  • collaborating with experts to develop solutions for sustainable turbine maintenance
  • upholding high safety standards in all operations
  • contributing to a team that values continuous improvement and learning.
To succeed in the role, you:
  • have completed an electrical or mechanical education, or hold equivalent experience
  • are eager to learn and develop expertise in the offshore wind turbine maintenance
  • demonstrate a high safety standard and a collaborative approach
  • have a reasonable command of English and are willing to improve
  • can work at heights and at sea and are comfortable with sea conditions
  • are able to pass a medical Chester step test.
