Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a Web Engineer to advance our web platforms and digital capabilities from Poland. You will design and deliver scalable applications using React, TypeScript and modern front-end architectures, collaborating with product, design and engineering teams to ship accessible experiences.

You will work across Next.js, Node.js and GraphQL, focusing on performance, accessibility and customer-centric outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical capability with curiosity, collaboration and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong commercial experience building modern web applications with React.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern JavaScript development.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux and React Context.
• Strong understanding of scalable front-end architecture and engineering best practices.
• Expertise in modern styling approaches using CSS, SCSS or Less.
• Passion for building accessible digital experiences.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale web solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns and clean architecture.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering communities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities
