Job summary

Jobsi w Zelgoszcz zatrudni pracownika magazynu do składowania opon. Praca w dwóch zmianach po 12 godzin (6:00–18:00 i 10:00–22:00), z planem nocnych zmian w przyszłości. Zakres obejmuje rozładunek, składowanie i układanie opon na sorter, praca fizyczna z oponami do 30 kg.

Wynagrodzenie: 31,40 zł brutto za godzinę (stawka gwarantowana) lub 34,00 zł brutto za godzinę w WJO I, z dodatkową premią za obecność. Zapewniamy transport z Łodzi i okolic, odzież roboczą i możliwość mieszkania.

Responsibilities

• Unloading – rozładunek opon z ciężarówki na rampie i przenoszenie na taczki.
• Storage – przenoszenie opon na regały i z powrotem.
• Placing tires on the sorter – odkładanie opon na sorter; praca wiąże się z podnoszeniem do 30 kg.

Job description

Position: Warehouse Worker (Tire Storage) (W/M/NB)

Place of work: Zelgoszcz
Place of residence: Głowno (20 km from Łódź)

Employment: umowa zlecenie (civil contract)

Salary:

• Guaranteed rate: 31.40 zł gross per hour
• Rate for WJO I: 34.00 zł gross per hour
• +1 PLN gross attendance bonus.
• Payments: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month

Working schedule:

• Work in 2 shifts, 5 days a week, 12 hours per shift
• First shift: 06:00 – 18:00
• Second shift: 10:00 – 22:00
• Night shifts are also planned in the future

Duties:
Work on three processes:

Process 1:
Unloading – working on the unloading ramp, unloading tires from the delivery truck. The worker moves the tires from the truck onto a large cart, with 5 people involved in the process. The worker places the tires on the cart and then transports the cart to the storage area.

Process 2:
Storage of tires – the worker moves the tires from the cart to the shelf or from the shelf to the cart.

Process 3:
Placing tires on the sorter – the worker lifts a tire from the cart and places it on the sorter. The job involves lifting the tire and placing it on the sorter table. The main difficulty is lifting the tires. Tires vary in size and weight, with the heaviest tires weighing up to 30 kg.

Forklift Operators:

• Unloading goods: Using a forklift or other equipment to remove goods from platforms or containers
• Placing goods: Organizing products on shelves or in designated areas
• Transporting goods: Moving the load to the designated warehouse area (e.g., storage, shipping, or processing area)
• Loading goods: Preparing and placing goods onto a transport vehicle in accordance with safety rules
• Maneuvering in the warehouse: Following safety guidelines and optimal routes for movement

? If there is no work for forklift operators, they work as regular workers in unloading/loading tires, but according to the forklift operator’s rate.

Disadvantages of the job:

• The weight of the tires
• Intense rubber smell, which is most intense when stored and less intense on the unloading ramps

• Accommodation cost: 650 zł per month, deducted from salary
• Additional payment for renting your own accommodation: 1.5 PLN net (up to a maximum of 168 hours).
• Free transportation from Łódź, Głowno, Stryków, Zgierz
