Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking workers for Allegro Logistics Center in Adamów, just outside Warsaw. The role offers part-time and full-time options with the possibility to work up to 240 hours a month, and a fully structured shift schedule.

Experience is not required as comprehensive training is provided by qualified instructors. You will engage in loading, unloading, and organizing shipments while enjoying bonuses and meals as part of the benefits package.

What we expect from you?

• Readiness for physical work: The job requires being on your feet and active movement.

• Availability: Willingness to work on a 2-shift system (afternoon and night shifts) from Sunday to Friday.

• Flexibility: Shifts last between 8 and 10 hours (e.g., 12:00–22:00, 13:30–21:30, 14:00–21:00, 00:00–10:00, 02:00–10:00, 02:00–09:00).

• No prior experience required: We provide comprehensive "from scratch" training led by qualified instructors!

What will your tasks involve?

• Loading and unloading goods.

• Handling shipments and preparing them for courier pick-up.

• Verifying and checking courier routes.

• Moving containers safely around the facility.

• Maintaining order and cleanliness in your workspace.

What you can expect from us?

• Attractive & Progressive Salary:

  • Base rate: 32.00 PLN/h gross.

  • From October 1st, your base rate grows with your tenure! 1st month: 33.0 PLN/h | 2nd month: 33.5 PLN/h | 3rd month: 34.0 PLN/h.

  • Night shift bonus: Extra +6.00 PLN/h gross for working between 22:00 and 06:00.

• Awesome Bonuses (valid through the end of 2026):

  • Peak Season Bonus: 1500 PLN between November 1st and December 23rd!

  • Weekend Bonus: 50 PLN for every weekend day worked (Saturday or Sunday), up to 200 PLN in total for Nov-Dec.

  • Accommodation Subsidy: Increased to 550 PLN/month (Note: we do not provide housing, but we support you financially).

• Work on your terms: Full-time or part-time options available, with the possibility of working up to 240 hours a month if you want to earn more!

• Transportation: Organized transport connections available from many locations, including: Warszawa, Błonie, Pruszków, Piastów, Brwinów, Milanówek, Grodzisk, Żyrardów, Międzyborów, Jaktorów, Chodaków, Sochaczew, Kożuszki, Paprotnia, Piorunów, Płońsk, and Łowicz-Skierniewice.
