Job summary

Persán, a leading multinational in Europe in development, manufacturing and marketing of home care and personal care products, invites you to join as Warehouse Leader in Poland. You will lead the internal logistics team, organize shifts, monitor KPI metrics and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, optimize resources, coordinate with production and other departments to guarantee smooth operations, and mentor staff while upholding a safe, productive work

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience managing a team.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• UDT forklift license, category I/WJO preferred.
• Willingness to take on challenging roles with growth opportunities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal logistics team and ensure task completion.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company standards.
• Optimize use of personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor daily KPI indicators for the department.
• Organize shifts and schedules for the team.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure continuity.

Warehouse leader

• Praca w systemie 4 brygadowym (12h).
• Kierowanie zespołem w prawidłowej realizacji zaplanowanych zadań logistyki wewnętrznej.
• Zapewnienie przestrzegania na podległym obszarze zasad BHP oraz obowiązujących w firmie standardów.
• Optymalne wykorzystanie zasobów ludzkich, materiałowych oraz powierzonego wyposażenia.
• Dzienne monitorowanie wskaźników KPI ustalonych dla działu.
• Sprawdzanie wykonanych zadań i raportowanie do Koordynatora Logistyki Wewnętrznej.
• Organizacja i nadzorowanie pracy na danej zmianie.
• Ustalanie grafików pracy i harmonogramu pracy.
• Ścisłe monitorowanie jakości dostaw.
• Zarządzanie flotą wózków.
• Opracowywanie i doskonalenie procedur.
• Szkolenia i wdrożenia pracowników.
• Identyfikacja i eliminacja bieżących problemów w dziale logistyki wewnętrznej.
• Motywowanie zespołu, dbanie o przyjazną atmosferę oraz bezpieczne środowisko pracy.
• Wiodący udział w definiowaniu projektów usprawniających i regulujących procesy w dziale, jak również współudział w projektach doskonalących w pozostałych obszarach firmy.
• Utrzymanie czystości w obszarze magazynów.
• Bieżąca współpraca z innymi działami w celu zapewnienia ciągłości procesu produkcyjnego.

Nasze wymagania

• Wykształcenie min. średnie.
• Min. 3-letnie doświadczenie pracy w obszarze magazynów.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu grupą podległych pracowników.
• Znajomość MS Excel.
• Dobra umiejętność planowania i komunikacji.
• Uprawnienia UDT na wózek widłowy, mile widziana kat. I WJO
• Gotowość do pracy pełnej wyzwań dającej jednocześnie możliwość rozwoju oraz realizacji własnych pomysłów.
• Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej, odpowiedzialność, dyspozycyjność.
• Dodatkowymi atutami będzie znajomość SAP, Lean Management oraz doświadczenie w innych obszarach łańcucha dostaw.
