Job summary

ContiTech in Swadzim, Poland is seeking a organized, efficient warehouse worker to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, proper storage of goods, and supporting overall warehouse performance.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehousing experience, proficiency with inventory software and MS Office, and a forklift certification. You will work on-site with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Fluent Polish and English; strong organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory software and MS Office.
• Forklift operation certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading and processing incoming shipments.
• Accurate logging of all inventory using warehouse software.
• Organize and maintain warehouse space for optimal throughput.
• Conduct regular inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes.
• Assist in training new warehouse staff as needed.
• Generate and maintain accurate documentation for warehouse activities.
