Charger Water Treatment Products in Poland, OH is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our supply chain operations. You will receive, inspect, and assemble water treatment products, then pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution.

This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Forklift certification is a plus, and the position offers paid time off, health benefits, a 401(k), and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Basic computer skills for handling inventory systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Assemble water treatment products as per company standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
