Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Vulnerability Management Expert to join the Patch Orchestration Team in Kraków. You will coordinate remediation activities across IT platforms, acting as the bridge between scanning teams and asset owners to safeguard critical digital assets.

You will monitor scans (e.g., Rapid7 InsightVM), maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards, track remediation KPIs, and drive timely follow-ups with stakeholders. This permanent role offers hybrid work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerability types, CVSS, threat exposure, and patch management.
• Ability to track, elevate, and follow up on remediation tasks across multiple teams.
• Ability to explain technical security issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Vulnerability Scanning & Data Collection: Support stakeholders using tools like Rapid7 InsightVM; monitor weekly reports; validate findings to reduce duplicates.
• Reporting & Dashboard Updates: Generate vulnerability reports; maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI; monitor KPIs and remediation SLAs.
• Remediation Coordination: Review open vulnerabilities; coordinate with asset owners; drive timely resolution and escalation as needed.
• Advisory & Support: Respond to queries; provide trend analysis and remediation insights.
• Documentation & Process Management: Document remediation processes; track lifecycle stages; maintain audit trails.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in security governance calls; liaise with infrastructure, development, and risk teams.
• Executive Reporting & Communication: Draft management bullet points; prepare quarterly metrics and executive dashboards.
