This means coming up with an idea, filming it (starring: you), editing it then posting it.We want to create content that is entertaining but also informational. So you need to be able to be both silly and serious, depending.**What you'll do**- Ideate, script, film, and edit short-form videos on a regular schedule- Appear on camera - comfortable, engaging presence- Accept both fully-formed concepts and rough/partial ideas - and turn them into finished videos- Generate your own ideas- Post content (and manage the posting schedule)- Edit content made by others- Brainstorm ideas with the creative director**What you'll need*** A strong grasp of what works on Instagram & Tiktok - hooks, formats, pacing* Comfort and confidence on camera - we'd rather hire an outgoing personality than a technically perfect editor* Storytelling skills* Editing skills for fast-paced, short-form content* Familiarity with CapCut or other mobile or desktop editing tools* English at native, C1, or C2 level* Absurd, monty-pythonish sense of humour**Nice to have*** Comedic timing or performance experience* A portfolio of short-form work (TikTok/Reels)**A social media following helps**Our perfect candidate would be a nano-influencer that wants to grow their ability with us (and we'll support you in that). But we'll still consider you if you have no following at all.**Be able to take feedback**Creativity involves taking risks. Which means you have a failure rate. Which means you'll get it wrong some times. That's fine. You must be able to fight your corner when you think you're right, hold up your hands when you're not, and keep a sense of perspective either way.**The vibe we're going for**Smart, but silly / funny.
