Video Content Moderator with Portuguese & Spanish

Responsibilities:
- Revision of user reports regarding website content,
- analysis and identification of content according to compliance policies,
- making well-balanced decisions and resolving inquiries by flagging discrepancies according to internal guidelines,
- using market-specific knowledge and insights to improve the support of the user community,
- review of sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing material.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish at minimum C1 level and English at B2 level,
- availability to work on a 24/7 shift schedule (including weekends - two days off per week) from the office,
- excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail,
- ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and tools,
- neutral mindset and emotional resilience when reviewing alternative or sensitive video content.
