ArjoHuntleigh Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Verification Engineer in Komorniki (near Poznań) to ensure products meet design inputs, regulatory requirements and standards across the lifecycle.

You will coordinate with mechanical, design assurance, quality engineers, and external partners to plan, execute, and document verification activities for new and existing products. The role emphasizes planning, documentation, and rigorous testing, with opportunities to contribute to design improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology or related discipline.
• Experience in verification activities of technical products.
• Structured, outcome-oriented mindset and ability to plan.
• Good understanding of verification methodologies, testing practices and analytical verification approaches.
• Experience with requirements management and test management tools.
• Ability to interpret technical standards and regulatory requirements (medical devices/automotive experience a plus).
• Strong planning, documentation and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
• Very good English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Participate in definition and review of system requirements to ensure clarity and testability.
• Define requirements based on standards and input with traceability.
• Support product risk management by verifying risk controls.
• Lead verification planning, execution and documentation for systems and components.
• Verify product improvements and design solutions.
• Identify opportunities through testing and analysis of existing products.
• Perform verification analyses for change requests and CAPAs.
• Assist in research and creation of new products.
• Maintain and develop verification methods and procedures.
• Design, implement and maintain test tools and equipment.
• Participate in certification activities with external partners.
