• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design and front‑end development.
• Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• A solid understanding of user‑centered design principles and responsive design.
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI design and front‑end development work.
• Good command of English (B2 level) essential for working on international projects.
• Excellent communication skills required for day‑to‑day coordination with diverse teams.

Nice To Have

• Experience with TypeScript and modern UI animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Experience conducting user research, including usability testing and stakeholder interviews.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and version control systems (Git).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments or consulting/client‑facing roles.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and cross‑functional collaboration with back‑end developers.
