Role Overview

As a UKG Time Management Service Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients optimize their workforce management processes through UKG solutions. You’ll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting UKG Time Management modules, ensuring accurate time tracking and compliance with HR best practices. By combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach, you will guide clients through implementation, troubleshooting, and process improvements ultimately driving efficiency and success in their HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and work independently to deliver exceptional customer support for UKG solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements, design tailored solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot UKG modules including Timekeeper, Scheduling/Advance scheduling, Accruals, Analytics, Activities, Attendance.
  • Provide remote guidance to customers, leveraging UKG Best Practices and offering both operational and technical assistance.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and conduct training workshops for end-users.
  • Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with client needs.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR or a related field.
  • Good understanding of HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management processes.
  • Familiarity with UKG solutions or similar workforce management systems (experience with Timekeeper or Accruals) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
