Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS or related field.
• Proven experience as Software Test Engineer or similar.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience designing and executing test cases for web/mobile/enterprise software.
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methods.
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases from requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and work with developers to resolve.
• Contribute to automated testing framework design and tooling.
• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
