The position offers a hybrid work model in the center of Warsaw and a path for growth. Fluency in Turkish and English, strong attention to detail, and HRIS experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• 1-4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent) would be an asset.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Good understanding of HR administration processes and compliance.
• Ability to work with global templates and apply local regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Execute HR lifecycle processes within the assigned scope.
• Review and validate employee data and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on missing information and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
• Ensure accurate and compliant processing of HR administrative transactions.
• Perform regular data quality checks across HR systems.
• Maintain compliance with local labour regulations, global HR policies and privacy requirements.
• Apply global templates and local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with local HR teams to clarify requirements and resolve missing information.
• Work with HR specialists and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process execution.
