Qualifications

• Experience in administering a Linux environment (CentOS / RedHat / Debian).
• Good knowledge of TCP / IP protocol stack is essential.
• Knowledge of Gitlab CI/CD is required.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is important.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (bash, perl, python) is needed.
• SQL knowledge and experience with SQL database administration (MySQL, PostgreSql) are required.
• Experience in maintaining applications, preferably Java, is expected.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required for communication and documentation purposes.

Project – the aim you’ll have

Our clients are the largest mobile network operators in Poland and in Europe. We deliver solutions and services that transform their networks and provide innovative services to millions of subscribers. We are looking for highly‑skilled engineers to join our team and help us implement, deliver and maintain smooth operation of applications for our clients.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Participating in the creation of ICT solutions and application at each stage of the project (design, implementation, testing, implementation, maintenance)
• Cooperating closely with development and testing teams in projects (configuration and supervision of CI / CD processes, release management and task automation)
• Analyzing problems and introducing corrections in subordinate systems
• Taking care of the continuity of operation of the maintained platforms (reviews, proposing security updates, monitoring improvements)
• Managing requests (L3 support)

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

• Ability to administer a Linux environment (CentOS / RedHat / Debian)
• Good knowledge of a TCP / IP protocol stack
• Knowledge of Gitlab CI/CD
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. bash, perl, python)
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in SQL database administration (MySQL, PostreSql)
• Experience in maintaining applications (Java preferred)
• Knowledge of the English and Polish language at a level that allows free communication and creating documentation

Additional skills – the edge you have

• Experience in monitoring and observability tools
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies (GCP or AWS)
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible or Terraform)
• Understanding of secrets management (Vault).
• Familiarity with artifact management systems (Artifactory or Harbor).
• Knowledge of tools for task automation and IaC
• Knowledge of VoIP protocols and GSM / 3G / LTE / IMS network architecture
• A willingness to take on duty 24h / 7d after the appropriate adaptation period
• Virtualization infrastructure management (e.g. VMware or Proxmox)
